南药大果榕抗骨质疏松研究

Progress on the Chemical Constituents and Anti-osteoporosis Activity of Ficus Auriculata

目的:对南药大果榕的化学成分及抗骨质疏松研究进行探讨。方法:查阅近年来的有关文献。结果:榕属植物种类较多,资源丰富,目前国内外对榕属植物大果榕化学成分的报道较多。结构类型主要包括三萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类等。生物活性研究显示,大果榕具有抗骨质疏松和抗氧化等作用。结论:南药大果榕对抗骨质疏松有显著作用,对其进一步研究和开发将具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE The progress on the chemical constituents and anti-osteoporosis activity of Ficus auriculata is critically discussed.METHODS Cite related literatures.RESULTS Ficus auriculata belongs to Ficus genus of Moraceae.There are many reports on the chemical constituents of the Ficus auriculata which mainly involve triterpenes,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.Biological activity studies have shown that Ficus auriculata has effects on anti-osteoporosis and anti-oxidation.CONCLUSION Ficus auriculata has remarkably effect on anti-osteoporosis,which will be of great significance for its further research.
