黑水虻协同厌氧发酵处理餐厨垃圾的可行性分析

Study of the Feasibility of Black Soldier Fly(Hermetia Illucens)Larvae Breeding as a Coordinating Technique Combining with Centralized Anaerobic Fermentation Food Waste Treatment

本文通过市场、文献调研等方式,系统分析了黑水虻养殖协同集中式厌氧发酵处理厨余垃圾的技术可行性,结果显示黑水虻养殖适合与集中厌氧发酵协同处理厨余垃圾,能较好实现厨余垃圾处理过程的资源化利用。结合市场调研对黑水虻养殖处理厨余垃圾进行全过程投资、运行、收运分析,结果显示按照45吨/天处理规模预测,其投资收益达到7.3%,具有较好的投资回报.最后深入分析了当前黑水虻养殖产业化存在的问题。

The study focused on the feasibility of black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)larvae breeding as a coordinating technique combining with centralized anaerobic fermentation food waste treatment.According to the marketing research and literature review,black soldier fly larvae breeding as a biological treatment technique was practicable that could achieve the objective of resource reuse during food waste treatment.Besides,45 t/d designed treating capacity(with 7.3%investment return)might be a good investment scale of treating facility after analyzing the investment,material collection,transportation and business operation of the black soldier flylarvae breedingcoordinating treatment technique.Finally,some existing problems of the black soldier fly larvae food wastes treatment was discussed in the study.
