According to the data, China’s marine ecological environment is generally good, and the pollution of local coastal waters is still quite serious. The situation of marine ecological environmental protection and governance cannot be taken lightly. In the context of the national maritime power strategy, objective analysis is carried out based on the current marine ecological environment protection mechanism, and on this basis, the existing problems are identified, and the laws and regulations system and related management systems for marine ecological environment protection are proposed and improved. It is recommended to more effectively maintain the development of China’s marine ecological environmental protection cause.
