经典名方四妙勇安汤的古代文献分析

Analysis of ancient books on famous classic prescription Simiao Yong’an decoction

本研究的目的在于调查经典名方四妙勇安汤的基本要素。在大量收集古籍文献的基础上,采用统计学频数和聚类分析法,探寻四妙勇安汤相关方剂的药物、主治病证等信息,并对高频中药的功效进行拆分与合并,形成聚类方。运用中医处方法分析法对聚类方进行分析,深入剖析四妙勇安汤的病-证-方-药规律并描述组方原理,为该方在传统中医药理论指导下的合理使用提供依据。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the basic elements of the famous classic prescription Simiao Yong’an decoction.On the basis of collecting a large number of ancient books,the statistical frequency and cluster analysis were used to explore the information of the Chinese medicines,main treatment of diseases and syndromes relevant to Simiao Yong’an decoction.The efficacy of high frequency Chinese medicines were split and merged,forming cluster prescriptions.The cluster prescriptions were analyzed by the method of using the analysis methods of traditional Chinese medical prescription.The law of disease-syndrome-prescription-medicine of Simiao Yong’an decoction was deeply analyzed and the composition principle of the prescription was to described.It provides a basis for the rational use of the prescription under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
