摘要
目的利用数据挖掘方法探索麦冬在现代临床应用上的量效关系。方法在中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中,使用搜索词“麦冬”“麦门冬”,对2009年1月1日至2019年1月1日在知网发表的含有麦冬的临床应用经验进行汇总,搜集病案和临床观察,筛选、录入,利用SPSS 24和Modeler 14.1提供的关联规则分析Apriori和频数分析进行数据挖掘。结果麦冬在现代临床上所涉及的主要用量有9 g、10 g、12 g、15 g、20 g、24 g、25 g、30 g、40 g、60 g,平均用量为15.85 g;主治病症涉及72种,主要包括:心悸、咳嗽、不寐、胃脘痛、糖尿病、胸闷胸痛、干燥综合征等。患者出现心悸症状时,麦冬最常用的剂量是15 g;患者出现咳嗽症状时,麦冬最常用的剂量是10 g、15 g;患者产生不寐症状时,麦冬最常用的剂量是20 g;患者出现胃脘疼痛症状时,麦冬最常用的剂量是15 g、20 g;当患者有糖尿病表现时,麦冬最常用的剂量是15 g;当患者出现胸闷和胸痛症状时,麦冬最常用的剂量是10 g;当患者出现干燥综合征时,麦冬最常用的剂量是30 g。结论数据挖掘结果较客观地反映了麦冬在现代临床应用中的量效关系,有助于该药在临床中的合理应用,提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the dose-effect relationship of Radix Ophiopogonis in modern clinical application based on data mining.Methods The literatures were retrieved in Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI),by taking the‘Ophiopogon Japouicus as’as key words.The literatures on clinical application experience of Radix Ophiopogonis published during January 1,2009 to January 1,2019 were summarized,and the medical records and clinical observation were collected,screened and input.Then data mining based on the association analysis Apriori and frequency analysis was taken by IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 and SPSS 24.Results The main dosage of Ophiopogon Japouicus in modern clinical application contains are 9 g,10 g,12 g,15 g,20 g,24 g,25 g,30 g,40 g,and 60 g,and the average dosage is 15.85 g.It has main treatment on 72 diseases and symptoms,and mainly including palpitation,cough,insomnia,epigastric pain,diabetes,chest distress,chess pain,sjogren’s syndrome,etc.The most commonly used dosage of Radix Ophiopogon in treating palpitation is 15 g:when treating cough symptom,the most commonly used dosages are 10 g and 15 g;when treating insomnia symptom,the most commonly used dosage is 20 g;when treating epigastric pain symptom,the most commonly used dosages are 15 g and 20 g;when treating diabetes symptom,the most commonly used dosage is 15 g;when treating chest distress and chest pain symptoms,the most commonly used dosage is 10 g;when treating dry sjogren’s syndrome,the most commonly used dosage is 30 g.Conclusion The data mining results can objectively reflect the dose-effect relationship of Radix Ophiopogonis in modern clinical application,which are helpful to promote the rational using of traditional Chinese medicine in clinic and improve clinical efficacy.
