转型发展:应用型体育人才产教融合培养

Transitional Development: Integration of Industry and Education to Cultivate Application-oriented Sports Talents

加快、促进、引导地方普通本科高校向应用型转变背景下,地方本科体育院校在不断回应体育产业发展培养体育人才过程中,产教融合培养应用型体育人才成为推动体育院校转型发展的重要举措。产教融合概念本身暗示产业与教育还不够融洽,需要进一步融合;培养应用型体育人才的关键是应用,最终应用在国家经济社会发展;高校体育人才培养长期以来因专业设置引领人才培养,暴露"学不致用""人才过剩"等深层次问题亟待刨根问底。因材施教、因专业施教的根深蒂固和引企入教的徘徊不前,以及国家大力发展体育产业的信号将倒逼体育人才培养"五业一体,因业施教",夯实人才培养最终目标。通过调查分析湖南地方本科体育院校人才培养模式,运用理论联系实际分析方法,按照应用型体育人才培养演变、不足、探索和改革逻辑主线,从产教融合培养人才角度探讨地方本科体育院校转型发展,率先提出因业施教理念和产教融合培养模式。

In the context of accelerating,promoting,and guiding the transformation of local general colleges and universities to application-oriented universities,during the process of training sports talents in response to the development of sports industry,the integration of industry and education to cultivate application-oriented sports talents has become an important part of the transformation and development of sports colleges and universities initiatives.The concept of the integration of production and education implies that the industry and education are not harmonious enough,and need further cooperation.The key to training applied sports talents lies in the application in national economic and social development.For a long time,because of specialties leading cultivation of talents,deep-seated problems such as "learn and not to use"and "surplus of talents"need to be solved.The deep-rooted concept of teaching according to their aptitude and profession as well as the dilemma of introducing enterprises into education,plus the country’s intention to develop sports industry will force the training of sports talents to move in the direction of achieving ultimate goal of talent training.Through analyzing the training mode of the local sports colleges and universities in Hunan,using the method of theory combined with practice,taking the development,shortages,exploration and reform as the main course,and from the perspective of integrating industry and education in the transformation and development of local sports colleges and universities,the paper takes the lead in putting forward the concept of teaching according to the industry and the cultivation mode of integrating industry and education.
