以教育部核准的大学章程为研究对象的知识图谱研究--基于文献计量学的实证分析

摘要 从中国知网(CNKI)中检索出40篇以教育部核准的大学章程为研究对象的有效文献作为实证分析的样本,运用文献计量学的理论、方法与技术,构建了"三三制"文献分析框架:从样本文献的"三要素"(核心作者、核心机构与核心刊物)分析来看,尚未形成严格意义上的核心作者与实力较强的研究群体;从样本文献的"三效应"(被引分析、项目资助和下载频次)分析来看,文献的篇幅长短和有无基金资助跟被引频次与下载频次不具有明显的正相关性,但文献发表年份的跨度与文献的影响力有一定的相关性;从样本文献的"三内容"(关键词、研究主题和文本内容)分析来看,集中在文献的研究对象、研究内容和研究方法等方面,其中研究内容包括大学章程的程序与具体条款,研究方法有文本分析、实证分析与比较研究。因此,以教育部核准大学章程为研究对象的研究领域尚处于起步阶段,还可以展开更全面、客观、深入、细致、系统的研究,这是一项伴随我国高等教育改革发展的长期课题。 Based on the theory,methods and techniques of bibliometrics,a document analysis framework for the "three-thirds system"was constructed by retrieving 40 valid documents from the CNKI of the university charter approved by the ministry of education as the sample of the empirical analysis.From the analysis of the"three elements"(core authors,core institutions and core publications) of the sample literature,the core authors and the strong research groups in the strict sense have not yet been formed.From the analysis of the"three effects"( citation analysis,project funding,and download frequency) of the sample literature,there is no significant positive correlation between the length of the literature and whether there is fund support and the frequency of citations and download frequency,but the span of the publication year of the literature is related to the influence of the literature.From the analysis of the"three content"( key words,research topics and text content) of the sample literature,it focuses on the research objects,research contents and research methods of the literature.The research contents include the procedures and specific provisions of the university charter,and the research methods are text analysis,empirical analysis and comparative study.Therefore,the research field with the approval of university charters by the Ministry of Education is still in its infancy.It can also develop more comprehensive,objective,in-depth,meticulous and systematic research.This is a long-term subject that accompanies the reform and development of higher education in China.
