摘要
社会经济的发展需要创新型工业工程(Industrial Engineering,即IE)人才,根据"万众创新"的要求,对新工科建设背景下的IE人才培养模式进行了研究。提出以教学改革为实践,以课程建设为契机、以校企合作为推动力、以学生竞赛为抓手的IE创新创业人才培养新理念。加强IE学生创新意识、精神的培养,开展切实有效的创新教育,使更多的IE学生投入到创新实践中去,能积极应对未来社会的调整,开发创造性思维,提高创新素质。
Innovative IE( Industrial Engineering) talents are required during the social and economic development.According to the requirements of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation",IE talent training mode under the background of new engineering construction was studied.The new concept of IE innovation and entrepreneurial talents is put forward,which takes the reform of teaching as practice,curriculum construction as an opportunity,school-enterprise cooperation as the driving force,and student competition as the starting point.Through strengthening the cultivation of IE students’ innovative consciousness and innovative spirit,the effective innovation education is comprehensively carried out,and more IE students will be invested in innovative practice,to actively respond to the adjustment of the future society,develop creative thinking,and improve the quality of innovation.
