比较语境下新乡贤内涵之探讨

Discussion on the Connotation of New County Sage in the Comparative Context

新乡贤"出场"有其历史和现实必然性。与传统乡贤相比,现代语境下新乡贤的场域及概念要素所指皆已变化,新乡贤应有新内涵。新乡贤出场是破解当下乡村治理困局的现实需要,符合当前我国乡村社会发展规律。如何更好地发挥新乡贤应有的作用,必须结合现代语境要求来界定"新乡贤"。在新的历史条件下,乡贤的主体范围应该更加广泛,应该具有现代科学文化知识,应是乡村治理的协作者和推动者,而不是主导者。

The appearance of new county sage has its historical and realistic inevitability.Compared with the traditional county sage,the field and concept elements of new county sage have changed in the modern context,and new county sage should have new connotation.The emergence of new rural elites is the realistic need to solve the current rural governance dilemma,which is in line with the current law of rural social development in China.To give full play to the role of county sage,we must combine the requirements of modern context to define“new county sage”.Under the new historical conditions,the subject scope of the county sage should be more extensive,they should have modern scientific and cultural knowledge,and they should be the collaborators and promoters of rural governance,not the leaders.
