医疗集装箱在新型冠状病毒肺炎发热门诊接诊中的应用

Application of Medical Container in Outpatient Clinic of COVID-19

目的:探讨医疗集装箱在新型冠状病毒肺炎感染发热门诊接诊流程中的应用。方法:总结实施医疗集装箱在新型冠状病毒肺炎感染发热门诊接诊流程中的具体做法。结果:医疗集装箱集预检分诊、感染防控与院内转运为一体,2020年1月31日至3月10日,共接待患者及其家属15000余人次,分诊患者7586例,共收治确诊及疑似87例,治愈出院78例,转科9例,漏筛患者0例,发生院内交叉感染0例。结论:将医疗集装箱用于新型冠状病毒肺炎感染发热门诊接诊流程中,能够加强发热患者就诊管理、保证就诊效率、降低院内感染率、确保医患安全,对今后突发大型公共卫生事件防控起到积极的借鉴作用。

Objective:To explore the application of medical container in the outpatient service of COVID-19.Methods:To summarize the practice of carrying out medical container in the outpatient clinic of COVID-19 infection fever.Results:the medical container was integrated with pre-inspection and triage,infection prevention and control and in-hospital transportation.On March 10,January 31,2020,solstice received more than 15000 patients and their relatives,7586 patients were triage patients,87 cases were confirmed and suspected,78 cases were cured and discharged,9 cases were transferred to hospital,No cases were missed screening,and no cases were cross-infection in hospital.Conclusions:The use of medical containers in the outpatient treatment process of fever caused by COVID-19 infection can strengthen the management of patients with fever,ensure the efficiency of treatment,reduce the infection rate in hospital,and ensure the safety of doctors and patients,and play a positive role in the prevention and control of large public health emergencies in the future.
