科技成果转化方式对企业转化绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the Transformation Mode of Scientificand Technological Achievements on the TransformationPerformance of Enterprises

基于科技成果转化方式对企业转化绩效影响的作用机理,构建科技成果转化方式、科技成果类型与企业转化绩效的关系模型,并进行实证检验。研究结果表明:科技成果转化方式与企业转化绩效呈正向相关关系,其中技术入股与产学研合作的正向影响关系最为显著;新技术类型的科技成果采用技术转让、技术许可、技术入股、自行转化方式时,对企业成果的转化绩效更为显著;新产品类型的科技成果采用产学研合作、政产学研合作方式,对企业成果的转化绩效更为显著。研究结论有助于提高企业的科技成果转化率,为企业选择科技成果转化方式、提高成果转化绩效提供理论借鉴。

Based on the mechanism of the impact of the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements on the transformation performance of enterprises,this paper constructs a model of the relationship between the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements,the types of scientific and technological achievements and the transformation performance of enterprises,and conducts empirical tests.The results show that:there is a positive correlation between the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements and the transformation performance of enterprises,among which the positive relationship between technology shareholding and industry-university research cooperation is the most significant;when technology transfer,technology licensing,technology shareholding and self-transformation mode are adopted for scientific and technological achievements of new technologies,the transformation performance of enterprises is more significant;when industry-university-research cooperation and government-industry-university-research cooperation are adopted for scientific and technological results of new products,the transformation performance of enterprises is more significant.The findings are helpful to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises,and provide theoretical reference for enterprises to choose the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements and improve the transformation performance.
