产教融合背景下应用型高校“双师双能型”教师培养路径研究 被引量:7

摘要 产教融合对应用型高校教师提出了更高的要求,加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设是落实国家决策,促进高等教育改革的关键;服务地方经济,促进应用人才培养的保障;实现内涵发展,破解转型发展困境的需要。应用型高校在推进产教融合的过程中,应坚持“学生满意、企业欢迎、同行点赞”建设理念,建立健全“双师双能型”教师引进、培养、评价和激励机制,进一步加强应用型高校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设,确保应用型高校转型成功,提升学校办学水平和人才培养质量。 The integration of production and education puts forward higher requirements for teachers of application-oriented universities.Strengthening the construction of"double-qualification&double-competence"teachers is the key to implementing national decisions,promoting higher education reform,serving local economy,and promoting the training of applied talents,realizing the connotative development,and overcoming the transformational development dilemma.In the process of promoting the integration of production and education,application-oriented universities should adhere to the construction concept of"being satisfactory among students,being popular among enterprises,and being liked by peers",establish and improve the introduction,training,evaluation and incentive mechanisms of"double-qualification&double-competence"teachers,and further strengthen the construction of the team of"double-qualification&double-competence"teachers so as to ensure successful transformation of application-oriented universities and improves their school-running level and quality of talent training.
