摘要
目的探索适合高校附属医院人才队伍建设与发展的有效举措。方法从外部引进、内部选拔及人才管理策略等方面,对北京大学肿瘤医院人才队伍建设路径及实践进行梳理,总结适合高校附属医院人才队伍发展的经验。结果医院人才队伍建设效果显著,在科室建设、团队组建、学科发展、教学与科研方面均取得了一定的成效。结论作为北京大学附属的研究型和教学型肿瘤专科医院,需要以“双一流”建设为契机,发挥引领作用,大力推动人才工作。
Objective To explore effective measures suitable for the construction and development of talent teams in affiliated hospitals of universities.Methods The path and practice of the talent team construction of Peking University Cancer Hospital were sorted out from the aspects of external introduction,internal selection and talent management strategy,and the experience suitable for the development of talent teams in affiliated hospitals of universities was summarized.Results The hospital's talent team construction effect was remarkable,and some achievements were made in department construction,team formation,subject development,teaching and scientific research.Conclusion As a research and teaching oncology specialist hospital affiliated to Peking University,it is necessary to take the"Double First Class University Plan"construction as an opportunity to play a leading role in the industry and vigorously promote talent work.
