电子化出院随访系统在癌痛患者随访管理中的应用与效果评价

Application and Effect Assessment of Electronic Discharge Follow-up System in Management of Patients with Cancer Pain

目的探讨电子化出院随访系统在癌痛患者随访管理中的应用效果。方法本研究拟采用历史对照研究。选取2017年9月-2018年2月118例出院癌痛患者作为对照组,采取常规电话随访;选取2018年3月-9月124例出院癌痛患者作为试验组,在常规电话随访的基础上应用电子出院随访系统。比较使用电子出院随访系统前后两组患者癌痛控制程度和对癌痛控制效果满意度、患者健康教育有效率、护士工作效率及患者和护士对随访工作满意度。结果试验组患者癌痛控制程度及癌痛控制效果满意度、患者健康教育有效率、患者对癌痛随访工作满意度均高于对照组,使用电子化出院随访系统后护士工作效率、护士对随访工作满意度均高于使用前,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论电子化出院随访系统的应用能提高癌痛患者的自我护理能力和生活质量,优化护士工作流程,有效提升随访管理的效果,在临床值得进一步推广实施。

Objective To investigate the effect of electronic discharge follow-up system in the follow-up management of patients with cancer pain. Methods This study used a historical controlled study. 118 patients discharged with cancer pain from September 2017 to February 2018 were taken as a control group. The follow-up was conducted by routine telephone. 124 patients discharged with cancer pain from March 2018 to September were taken as the treatment group. The follow-up was conducted by electronic discharge follow-up system based on routine telephone follow-up. The degree of cancer pain control, patients’ satisfaction on cancer pain control effect, the effectiveness of patient education, efficiency of nurses’ work, and satisfaction of patients on follow-up before and after were compared between the two groups. Results Treatment group’s degree of cancer pain control, patients’ satisfaction on cancer pain control effect, the effectiveness of patient education, and satisfaction of patients and nurses on follow-up were higher than control group. After using the electronic discharge follow-up system, efficiency of nurses’ work, and satisfaction of nurses on follow-up got higher. All of the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The application of the electronic discharge follow-up system can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with cancer pain, optimize the workflow of nurses, and effectively improve the effect of follow-up management. It is worthy of further popularization and implementation in the clinical work.
