微信平台在肝胆外科带管出院患者延续服务中的应用

Application of WeChat in Continuous Service for Discharged patients with Tube from Hepatological Surgery Department

目的探讨微信平台管理在肝胆外科带管出院患者延续性服务中的应用效果。方法选取肝胆外科2017年1-12月收治的150例带管出院患者为对照组,采用常规宣教指导;选取肝胆外科2018年1-12月收治的160例带管出院患者为观察组,采用微信平台管理。比较两组患者导管的管理能力、相关并发症发生率及对延续性服务的满意度。结果观察组患者导管自我管理能力好于对照组,导管移位、脱落、堵塞、局部感染等并发症发生率低于对照组,患者对延续性服务的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论微信平台管理能够提高肝胆外科出院患者对导管的自我管理能力,减少导管并发症发生,提高患者对延续性服务服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of applying WeChat platform management into continuous services for patients discharged with tube from hepatological surgery department. Methods A total of 150 patients who discharged with tube from hepatological surgery department from January, 2017 to December, 2017 were selected as the control group. They were treated with routine education and guidance.160 patients who discharged with tube from hepatological surgery department from January, 2018 to December, 2018 were selected as the observation group. They were treated with We Chat platform management. The two groups of patients were compared from catheter management ability, incidence rate of related complications and satisfaction with continuous services. Results The catheter self-management ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The observation group’s incidence of complications such as catheter displacement, detachment, blockage, and local infection was lower than that of the control group. The patients’ satisfaction with the continuous service of observation group was higher than that of the control group. All the differences were significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The management of WeChat platform can improve the self-management ability of catheters of patients discharged from hepatological surgery department, reduce the occurrence of catheter complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients with continuous services.
