摘要
智能工厂的运行依赖于各种信息的交互与集成,因此在智能制造中我们需要构建基于信息模型的企业,信息模型是将物理对象进行数字化,反映物理对象与数据的关系,它是产品设计、制造、管理等信息的抽象理解和表示。石化行业智能工厂信息模型是对物理对象使用数字化的方法进行描述。本文主要探讨的是石化行业智能工厂的信息系统架构与信息模型的搭建,建立石化行业智能工厂信息模型,定义石化行业信息模型组成、属性以及各要素之间关系,同时对石化行业智能工厂信息系统架构进行了规范定义。通过建立有效的信息系统架构以及信息通用模型,帮助石化行业智能化工厂的建设、运行和管理。
The operation of a smart factory depends on the interaction and integration of various information.Therefore,in smart manufacturing,we need to build an enterprise based on an information model.Information model is to digitize physical objects to reflect the relationship between physical objects and data.It is an ab⁃stract understanding and representation of product design,manufacturing,management and other information.The petrochemical industry intelligent factory information model is to describe the physical objects using digital methods.This paper mainly discusses the information system architecture and information model of the petro⁃chemical industry smart factory,establishes the petrochemical industry smart factory information model,defines the petrochemical industry information model composition,attributes,and the relationship between each element,at the same time,the petrochemical industry intelligent factory information system architecture is standardized and defined.Through the establishment of an effective information system architecture and general information model,it helps the construction,operation and management of petrochemical industry intelligent chemical plants.
