摘要
随着社会的不断发展,由于人工智能技术的优势较多,能够满足不同的要求,于是在很多领域中具有广泛的应用。人力资源管理在企业中的重要性不断提高,甚至直接影响着企业的竞争力。随着人工智能技术的不断壮大,在人力资源管理中已经开始运用了人工智能技术,并且对人力资源管理造成了不小的影响。于是文章将研究人工智能技术对人力资源管理的影响。首先对人工智能技术的作用进行分析,然后分析其在人力资源管理中的积极影响和消极影响,最后对人力资源管理提出了应对措施。通过其影响研究,可以提高人力资源管理在企业中的地位,并且将人力资源管理的作用完全的发挥出来,有利于企业加强竞争力,获得更多的效益。
With the continuous development of society,the advantages of artificial intelligence technology can be surpassed and can meet different requirements,so it has a wide range of applications in many fields.The contin⁃uous improvement of human resource management in enterprises has even directly affected the competitiveness of enterprises.Due to the continuous growth of artificial intelligence technology,artificial intelligence technology has begun to be used in human resource management,and it has caused a great impact on human resource man⁃agement.So the article will study the impact of artificial intelligence technology on human resource manage⁃ment.First analyze the role of artificial intelligence technology,and then analyze its positive and negative effects in human resource management,finally,countermeasures for human resources management are proposed.Through its impact study,the scale of human resource management in the enterprise can be increased,and the role of human resource management can be fully exerted,which is conducive to strengthening the competitive⁃ness of enterprises and obtaining more benefits.
