钻铣机液压系统设计与机械性能分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 钻铣加工作为机械行业的基础工艺,在机械加工中占据重要地位。由于钻铣加工适用于形状复杂的加工,在机械制造装备业中得到了广泛应用。在传统机械式传动系统上,采用比例换向阀作为控制阀,结合各种传感器,使用STM32系列单片机作为控制单元,设计了钻铣机液压系统,实现了对机床主轴速度和位置的精确控制,提高了机床的加工精度。在主轴位置和速度控制中采用闭环控制,提高了控制的准确性。同时也对钻铣机床的机械性能进行了分析。 As the basic technology of the mechanical industry,drilling and milling plays an important role in the mechanical processing.Because the drilling and milling process is suitable for the complex shape processing,it has been widely used in the machinery manufacturing equipment industry.In the traditional mechanical trans⁃mission system,the proportional reversing valve is used as the control valve,combined with various sensors,and STM32 series single-chip microcomputer is used as the control unit.The hydraulic system of the drilling and milling machine is designed,which realizes the accurate control of the speed and position of the spindle of the machine tool,and improves the machining accuracy of the machine tool.The closed-loop control is used in the position and speed control of the spindle,which improves the accuracy of the control.At the same time,the me⁃chanical properties of the drilling and milling machine are analyzed.
