心电图与心脏超声检查在高血压性心脏病中的诊断价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value of electrocardiogram and echocardiography in hypertensive heart disease

目的比较心电图与心脏超声检查在高血压性心脏病中的诊断价值。方法选择2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的160例高血压性心脏病疑似患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受心电图和心脏超声检查,比较这两种检查方法的灵敏度、特异度、阳性率及检出准确率。结果160例高血压性心脏病疑似患者中,经"金标准"确诊阴性者45例,阳性者115例;其中心电图检查阳性者82例,阴性者78例;心脏超声检查阳性者95例,阴性者65例。心脏超声检查的灵敏度、特异度和准确率高于心电图检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏超声检查在高血压性心脏病诊断中的灵敏度、特异度和准确性较高,具有较高的诊断价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram and echocardiography in hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 160 suspected patients with hypertensive heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.All patients were examined by electrocardiogram and echocardiography.The sensitivity,specificity,positive rate and detection accuracy of the two methods were compared.Results Among 160 suspected patients with hypertensive heart disease,45 cases were negative and 115 cases were positive that were confirmed by"gold standard",of which 82 cases were positive and 78 cases were negative that were inspected by electrocardiogram,95 cases were positive and 65 cases were negative that were inspected by echocardiography.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of echocardiography were higher than those of electrocardiogram,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,which has high diagnostic value and is worth popularizing and application.
