摘要 目的探讨SPECT/CT断层融合图像在前列腺癌骨转移中的诊断价值。方法选择2017年3月~2019年7月深圳市南山区人民医院收治的110例疑似前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,均接受99mTc-MDP静脉注射,均采用单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPECT)检查和SPECT/CT检查,以病理检查为诊断该疾病的"金标准"。比较SPECT/CT断层融合图像与SPECT全身骨扫描的灵敏度、特异度和准确度。结果SPECT/CT断层融合图像的灵敏度、准确度均高于SPECT全身骨扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方式的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SPECT/CT断层融合图像在前列腺癌骨转移中的诊断价值显著,可以获得较高的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of SPECT/CT tomographic fusion imaging in the bone metastasis of prostate cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected prostate cancer admitted to People′s Hospital of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City from March 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients received 99mTc-MDP intravenous injection,and all patients were examined by single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)and SPECT/CT.Pathological examination was the"gold standard"for the diagnosis of the disease.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of SPECT/CT fusion images and SPECT whole body bone scan were compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of SPECT/CT tomography were higher than those of SPECT whole body bone scan,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of the two examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of SPECT/CT tomographic fusion imaging in the bone metastasis of prostate cancer is significant,and high diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy can be obtained.
