早期足量用伐昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素与单用伐昔洛韦在中老年带状疱疹患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early adequate Valaciclovir combined with Glucocorticoid and Valaciclovir alone in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with herpes zoster

目的探讨中老年带状疱疹患者治疗中分别使用单用伐昔洛韦与早期足量用伐昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素的效果以及安全性。方法选取2018年10月~2019年9月于我院进行治疗的75例中老年带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,采用交替分组法将其分为单一组(37例)和联合组(38例)。单一组患者采用伐昔洛韦治疗,联合组患者采用糖皮质激素与早期足量用伐昔洛韦联合治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛消失时间、止庖时间、结痂时间、治疗总有效率以及不良反应总发生率。结果联合组患者的疼痛消失时间、止疱时间以及结痂时间短于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者的治疗总有效率(97.74%)高于单一组(72.97%),联合组患者的不良反应总发生率(2.63%)低于单一组(18.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素与早期足量用伐昔洛韦联合治疗中老年带状疱疹患者的效果更好,可有效改善患者的临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,安全性更好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of Valaciclovir alone and early adequate Valaciclovir combined with Glucocorticoid in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with herpes zoster.Methods Seventy-five middle-aged and elderly patients with herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the single group(37 patients)and the combination group(38 patients)by alternating grouping method,the single group was treated with Valacyclovir,and the combination group was treated with early adequate Valaciclovir combined with Glucocorticoid.The pain disappearance time,stagnation time,scarring time,total effective rate of treatment and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pain disappearance time,stagnation time and scarring time in the combination group were shorter than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group(97.74%)was higher than that in the single group(72.97%),the total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group(2.63%)was lower than that in the single group(18.92%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Glucocorticoid and early adequate Valaciclovir in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with herpes zoster has better effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has better safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
