基于微信延续性护理对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of Wechat continuity nursing on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨基于微信延续性护理对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的94例CHF患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)与观察组组(n=47)。对照组采用常规CHF院外护理,观察组采用基于微信延续性护理。比较两组的自我护理指数、生活质量、用药依从性和两组护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组自我护理指数和生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性高于对照组(93.62%vs.78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(91.49%vs.74.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CHF患者应用基于微信公众平台延续性护理可显著提升患者自我护理能力和生活质量,改善患者用药依从性,且对护理服务满意度提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wechat continuity nursing on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 94 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=47)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine CHF out of hospital nursing,the observation group used Wechat-based continuity nursing.The self-care index,quality of life,medication adherence,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-care index and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.62%vs.78.72%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.49%vs.74.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with CHF,the use of continuous nursing based on the Wechat platform can significantly improve the patient′s self-care ability and quality of life,improve the patient′s medication compliance,and improve the satisfaction of nursing services,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
