学风建设是高校学生工作的一个永恒话题。良好的学风是教学质量和人才培养的重要保障。湖南农业大学资源环境学院结合自身实际情况,依托学院专业特色,树立以生为本、促进学生全面发展的工作理念;以职业生涯规划为引导,加强专业认知教育,激发学生作为学习主体的内在动力;以师德、师风、教风建设带动学风;以制度建设为保障,规范管理,严格要求;以丰富多彩的学风建设活动为载体,引导学生自觉树立崇高的理想信念,让优秀成为一种习惯。

The study style construction is an eternal topic in college student work.A good atmosphere of learning is an important guarantee for the quality of teaching and the training of talents.School of Resources and Environment of Hunan Agricultural University,which relies on the specialty characteristic of the college,develops a student-oriented work idea that aims at promoting students’comprehensive development.Taking career planning as guidance,it strengthens professional cognitive education and stimulates students’internal learning motivations.It also promotes the study style construction on the basis of the teacher’s morality,teacher’s style,and teaching style construction.Taking system construction as the guarantee,it carries out standardized management and puts forward strictly requirements.With rich and varied study style construction activities as the carrier,students are guided to consciously establish lofty ideals and beliefs,so as to make excellence a habit.
