摘要
新工科建设是对世界范围内新一轮的科技革命和产业革命的积极响应,以培养一批具有创新创业能力、跨界整合能力、高素质的交叉复合型工程人才为落脚点,同时也对工科师资队伍的素质提出了新的要求。地方应用型本科高校应该结合当地产业的特色及优势,创新激励机制,促进教师专业的可持续发展。
The construction of Emerging Engineering,as a positive response to the new round of scientific and technology revolution and industrial revolution worldwide,aims to nurture a group of high-quality interdisciplinary engineers with ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and cross-border integration.Meanwhile,it puts forward new requirements for the quality of engineering teachers.Applied undergraduate universities should promote the sustainability of teachers’professional development by innovating the incentive mechanism and combing the characteristics and advantages of local industries.
