党外知识分子工作是统一战线的基础性、战略性工作。高校党外知识分子集中,是统战工作的战略要地。定期对高校党外知识分子的思想政治状况进行调研与分析,有利于从全局和战略高度做好党外知识分子的政治引领工作,不断巩固中国共产党执政兴国的思想政治基础。

The work of non-Party intellectuals is the basic and strategic work of the United Front work.As places with mass gathering of intellectuals,colleges and universities are strategic points of the United Front work.Hence,to investigate and analyze the ideological and political situation of college non-Party intellectuals on a regular basis is conductive to the political guidance for non-Party intellectuals from an overall and strategic perspective,so as to constantly consolidate the common ideological and political foundation of the Communist Party of China in governing and rejuvenating the country.
