Research on Ideological and Political Education in Universities Based on Psychology

新形势下做好大学生思想政治教育工作至关重要,任重道远。基于心理学理论在高校思政教育工作中的运用,对当前思政工作存在的问题进行分析。大学生自我意识与认知能力不协调、价值观念多元化、人际交往虚拟化等心理特点增加了高校思政工作的难度,提出通过协同发展德育与心理健康教育、创新教育教学手段和建立新型师生关系加强思政教育。

It is of great significance to focus on ideological and political education of university students under new circumstances.This article,based on the application of psychology in university ideological and political education,analyzes problems of ideological and political education.Psychological characteristics of college students,like the contradiction between the growing self-consciousness and recognition development,diversified but unstable values,and the virtualization of interpersonal communication,have increased the difficulty of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Therefore,ideological and political education is supposed to be enhanced from three aspects,namely coordinated development of moral education and mental health education,innovation of education and teaching method,establishment of new-type relationship between teachers and students.
