摘要
随着社会经济的发展,社会对工程类人才的需求日益强烈,这就要求工科院校在人才培养方面要进行改革创新以适应时代发展。基于学习产出的OBE教育理念,始终强调学生的中心地位及学习成果,这一理论对于弥补传统工科院校人才培养的缺陷具有重要意义。对OBE理论的含义和OBE理论下工科院校在人才培养方面存在的主要问题进行分析,从变革人才培养目标、建设“双师双能”型师资队伍、提高实践课比重、丰富教学形式等方面探究了工科院校人才培养的路径,以期为我国培育更多优秀的工程人才。
With the development of social economy,there has been a growing demand for engineering talents,which requires engineering universities to reform and innovate in order to adapt to the development of the times.OBE theory,an education concept based on learning output,always emphasizes students’central position and their learning achievements,which is of great significance to change the defects of talent training in traditional engineering universities.This paper briefly analyzes the meaning of OBE theory and the main problems existing in talent training in engineering universities with this theory.In addition,it discusses the way of talent training in engineering universities from aspects of transforming the goal of talent training,constructing"double-qualified and dual-skilled"teaching staff,promoting the proportion of practical courses,enriching teaching forms,so as to cultivate more outstanding engineering talents for our country.
