摘要
微电子材料与器件是一门专业性和应用性较强的课程,如何更好地教授本课程,让学生更容易地掌握课程相关知识,通过分析课程教学实践中存在的问题,提出课程内容、教学模式和考核方式改进的建议。
Microelectronic Materials and Devices is a professional and applied course.To improve the teaching of this course and make students more easily grasp the relevant knowledge,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems encountered in teaching and puts forward suggestions on the course content,the teaching model and assessment methods.
