摘要
临床医学检验技师(士)资格考试是卫生类人才评价的重要方式以及衡量医学院校专业教学质量的试金石。学校教育除了保持教学体系的完整,教学内容也要与其专业资格的认证紧密相连。医学检验技术专业的教学也要以资格考试为导向,增加学生的实践机会,注重学生临床能力的培养,提高学生的就业竞争力。所以在教学过程中,要以资格考试为导向,转变教学观念,优化教学大纲,改革教学方法,调整考核方式,提高教学质量,使学生从思想道德、专业知识技能及人际沟通等方面逐渐适应临床工作,使临床医生更加信赖检验结果、检验手段,以便更好地诊治疾病。
The qualification examination of clinical medical laboratory technician(bachelor)is an important way to evaluate health talents and a touchstone to measure the quality of professional teaching in medical colleges.In addition to maintaining the integrity of the teaching system,school education should also be closely related to the certification of its professional qualifications.The teaching of the medical laboratory technology major should also be oriented to the qualification examination,increase students’practice opportunities,pay attention to the cultivation of students’clinical ability,and improve their employment competitiveness.Therefore,in the teaching process,we should take the qualification exam as the guide,change the teaching concept,optimize the syllabus,reform the teaching method,adjust the assessment method,improve the quality of teaching,in order to make students gradually adapt to the clinical work from aspects of ideology and morals,professional knowledge skills and interpersonal communication,and make test results more reliable for clinicians to better diagnose and treat diseases.
