师生共建幸福课堂运行策略的研究

摘要 随着基础教育新课程改革的深入推进,各地进入了素质教育实施的新时代。结合河北省承德市滦平县第二中学所开展的更新教师理念、改变师生教与学方式、实现学生学习能力培养和素养提升等系列构建幸福课堂行动所进行的探索研究,总结提出师生共建幸福课堂运行策略,以期为实现学校教育质量和师生幸福指数的内在提升提供借鉴与参考。 With the deepening of the new curriculum reform of basic education,all regions have entered a new era of quality education implementation.Combined with the exploratory research on constructing a happy classroom based on a series of updates on teacher concepts,changes in the teaching and learning methods,and realization of students’learning abilities and literacy enhancement in the No.2 Middle School in Luanping County,Chengde,Hebei Province,this paper summarizes and proposes the operational strategy of teacher-student cooperative construction of happy classroom,with a view to providing reference for achieving the internal improvement of school education quality and the happiness index of teachers and students.
