摘要
研究生教育是我国推进"双一流"建设不可缺少的重要部分。近年来我国研究生教育发展迅速,但存在招考机制不健全、课程安排不合理、学生自主学习和创新能力不足等问题。针对上述问题,提出了多元化创新培养模式,即改变培养理念、实行动态管理模式、培养跨学科思维以及促进学生学习研究方法的多元互补等建议。
Postgraduate education is an indispensable part of China’s promotion of"Double First-class"construction.In recent years,China’s postgraduate education has been developing rapidly,but there are still problems such as imperfect recruitment mechanism,unclear curriculum objectives,lack of students’independent learning and lack of innovation ability.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a diversified innovation training model for postgraduate training mechanism,namely,changing the training concept,optimizing the dynamic management model,cultivating interdisciplinary thinking and promoting the multiple complementarity of students’learning methods and research methods.
