Research and Practice of the Talent Training Model of Financial Management Based on OBE Concept

以成果导向理念为基础,结合辽宁科技大学财务管理专业人才培养模式的改革实践,深入研究了基于成果导向的人才培养目标的修订,探索专业核心课、专业选修课以及实践教学课程的模块化体系设计,以及与之相适应的教学内容和教学模式的改革实践,并对专业人才培养模式改革措施的实施效果进行了评价,为地方普通高校基于OBE理念提升管理类人才培养质量提供一定的经验借鉴。

Based on the outcome-oriented concept,combined with the reform practice of talent management model of financial management in University of Science and Technology Liaoning,this article makes a deep research on the revision of outcome-oriented talent training goals,explores the modular system design of core courses,professional electives,and practical teaching courses,as well as the reform of teaching content and teaching models,and evaluates the implementation effect of the reform measures of professional talent training model.It provides some references for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of management talent training based on the outcome-oriented concept.
