基于日本就业合作项目的护理专业日语教学对策

Japanese Teaching Countermeasures of Nursing Major Based on Japanese Employment Cooperation Project

近年来,积极深化国际交流与合作,推进国际化办学,成为职业学校办学的目标之一。在这样的背景下,江苏联合职业技术学院与日本的同类学校、医院积极开展交流合作,为学生成功打通出国学习就业的通道。新的机遇对学生的语言能力提出了更高的要求,由此引发教师对教学变革的思考,提出了信息化教学手段、学生自主学习的良好习惯、和谐的师生关系和高效教学质量等应对策略。

In recent years,actively deepening international exchanges and cooperation,and promoting international school has become one of the goals of vocational schools.Under this background,our school actively carries out exchanges and cooperation with similar schools and hospitals in Japan,and successfully opens up channels for students to study and work abroad.New opportunities put forward higher requirements on students’language skills,which has led teachers to think about teaching reform.Information-based teaching,students’autonomous learning learning habits,harmonious teacher-student relationship,and efficient teaching quality are proposed as effective strategies to meet the needs.
