具有SPR效应Pt/Ag/ZnO复合材料的光解水制氢性能研究

摘要 通过微波辅助水热法成功制备了复合材料Pt/Ag/ZnO,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-vis/DRS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段对合成的样品进行了表征.结果表明,复合材料Pt/Ag/ZnO呈现团聚的棒状结构,其中ZnO为六方纤锌矿结构,Pt和Ag以单质形式存在,且为均匀的分散相.相较于ZnO,复合材料的光吸收能力明显增强,同时贵金属Pt和Ag的表面等离子共振效应(SPR)提高了复合材料的可见光区吸收.Pt/Ag/ZnO在300 W氙灯照射下,8 h产氢量达到1332.6μmol·g^-1. The composite Pt/Ag/ZnO was successfully prepared by microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis,and by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection absorption spectrum(UV-vis/DRS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were characterized,the characterization results of the composite Pt/Ag/ZnO show that Pt/Ag/ZnO exhibits a club-like structure,and the ZnO in the composite is hexagonal wurtzite structure,meanwhile,the Pt and Ag exist in the form of elemental materials with uniform dispersed phase.Compared with ZnO,the light absorption capacity of the composites is significantly enhanced,and the surface plasmon resonance effect(SPR)of the precious metals Pt and Ag enhances the visible light absorption of the composites.The hydrogen production of Pt/Ag/ZnO reaches 1332.6μmol·g^-1 at 8 hours under the irradiation of 300 W xenon lamp.
