摘要
基于小群体教学模式视角,结合高校女大学生健美操选修课程展开了教学实验研究,旨在探讨健美操教学中采用小群体模式对女大学生自我效能感的影响.采用单因素准自然实验设计,经过16周的教学实验,对参与的60名女大学生的教学状况、自我效能、身体素质和动作技能等指标进行检验,并利用结构方程分析了自我效能感的中介效应.结果表明,小群体模式在健美操教学中的应用能够显著提高教学效果和女大学生的学习效果、自我效能感.自我效能感是小群体教学对学习效果和教学效果产生影响的中介渠道,中介效应对应值为0.0475,占总体影响效应的28.17%.因此,健美操教学中采用小群体模式可以有效提升教学效果及女大学生的多方面学习效果.
Based on the perspective of small-group teaching mode and combining with the aerobics elective course for female college students,carries out an experimental teaching research,aiming to explore the influence of small-group mode on female college students′self-efficacy in aerobics teaching.After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,60 female college students were tested in terms of teaching status,self-efficacy,physical quality and motor skills,and the mediating effect of self-efficacy was analyzed by using structural equations.The results show that the application of the small-group model in aerobics teaching can significantly improve teaching effect and the learning effect,self-efficacy of female college students.Self-efficacy is the mediating channel for small group teaching to influence the learning effect and teaching effect.The corresponding value of mediating effect is 0.0475,accounting for 28.17%of the overall influence effect.Therefore,the adoption of the small group model in aerobics teaching can effectively improve teaching effects and the female college students′learning in various aspects.
