摘要
从马克思思想引入中国,距今已有逾百年的历史,马克思主义在中国已经改换新面貌,成为了具有中国特色的中国化马克思主义思想。在马克思主义思想的指导下,中国已经有了全新的发展。为了贯彻落实十九届三中全会关于深化马克思主义法律思想在生活中的应用,本文旨在从分析马克思主义法律思想中国化的历史渊源和历程,借助近五年来中国违法犯罪数据,列举马克思主义法律思想中国化的典型案例,来探讨实现马克思主义法律思想中国化的路径选择,以给"深化"提供一定的参考价值。
It has been more than a hundred years since Marxism was introduced into china, and it has taken on a new look and become sinicized Marxism with Chinese characteristics. Under the guidance of Marxist thought, China has achieved a miracle of development. In order to implement the instruction of the Third Plenum of the 19 th CPC Central Committee on deepening the application of Marxist legal thought to social life, this paper aims to explore the path choice to realizing the Sinicization of Marxist legal thought by analyzing the historical origin and course of the Sinicization of Marxist legal thought, illustrating it with typical cases from the data of illegal crimes in China in the past five years. It is hoped that the study can offer some new ideas to the deepening of the application of Marxist legal thought.
