摘要
坚持校内聚智和校外借力"双轮驱动",以问题为导向,以需求为牵引,在校内,开展"三定并进""三室联动""三课统整""三策同施";在校外,进行"共研课题、共磨课堂、共建团队、共铺平台"。校内校外有机结合,优势互补,融合发展,极大地促进了学科教学论教师的专业成长,就如何打造高水平的学科教学论教师团队做出了积极而富有成效的实践探索。
The professional development of subject pedagogy teachers calls for adherence to a "dual-wheel drive" including on-campus intellectual gathering and off-campus leveraging, with a problem-oriented and need-driven manner. A number of activities can be adopted including the collaboration of on-campus "three-fixation advancing","three-office interconnecting", "three-course synthesizing" and "three-strategy implementing " and off-campus "co-researching projects, co-grinding classes, co-building teams and co-paving platforms". The organic combination of on-campus and off-campus activities with complementary advantages as well as integrated development can greatly advance the professional growth of subject pedagogy teachers. Active and fruitful practical explorations on how to build a high-level subject pedagogy teaching team in normal universities and colleges have been conducted.
