摘要
改革开放以来特别是党的十八大以后,教师队伍建设取得了历史性成就,但面对新方位、新形势、新要求,也还存在诸多不适应的方面,需要加强工作机制建设,坚定教师理想信念,推进教师教育改革,完善教师待遇保障机制,加大教师管理综合改革力度,以整体确保新时代教师队伍建设改革优质、高效、稳步推进。
Since the reform and opening up, especially after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the work of constructing a strong teaching staff has made historic achievements. However, in the face of new orientation, new situation and new requirements, it still has quite a few inadequacies. In order to ensure that the reform of the construction of the teaching staff in the new era is carried out with high quality, high efficiency and steady progress, it is necessary to improve the construction of the working mechanism, strengthen teachers’ ideals and beliefs, push the reform of the teachers’ education, perfect the mechanism guaranteeing teachers’ treatment, and deepen the comprehensive reform of teachers’ management.
