高校榜样育人新模式探究--以牡丹江师范学院五类报告团为例

A Study on the New Model of Example Education in Colleges and Universities--A Case of Five Kinds of Lecture Groups in Mudanjiang Normal University

榜样精神曾经鼓舞着一代又一代青年人开拓进取、勇往直前,但是随着时代的变迁,榜样引领作用却出现了日渐低迷的倾向,榜样示范教育在高校思想政治教育中的效果不断削弱。因此,新时期如何树立榜样、宣传榜样、建立榜样育人机制、发挥榜样作用成为高校思想政治工作中亟待解决的问题。文章以牡丹江师范学院五类报告团为例,对高校榜样育人的新模式进行了创新性思考,以期为榜样育人提供更多可借鉴的措施。

The spirit of example once encouraged the young people from generation to generation to forge ahead and march forward courageously.However,with the changing times,the leading role of example has tended to decrease,and the effect of example demonstration education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been gradually weakened.Therefore,how to set an example,publicize an example,establish an example education mechanism and play the role of an example has become an urgent problem to be solved in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era.This paper takes Mudanjiang Normal University as an example to research the new model of example education,in order to provide more referable measures for example education.
