三全育人视角下强化高校学生党员党性修养的研究

On Strengthening Party Spirit Cultivation of University Students from the Perspective of Three-All Education

大学生党性修养教育是高校基层党务工作者面临的重要课题之一,强化高校学生党员党性修养有利于帮助大学生党员树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。"三全育人"体系是以全员、全过程、全方位育人为指导的系统、全面、立体化的育人体系。本文剖析了当下高校学生党员党性修养存在的问题,提出党性修养教育要围绕全员、全过程、全方位三个层面来有效开展,积极探索提升大学生党员党性修养的有效途径。

College students’ party spirit cultivation education is one of the important tasks faced by grass-roots party workers in colleges and universities. It is conducive to the establishment of a correct outlook toward the world, life and values among college students party members. The "Three-All Education" guideline is a systematic, comprehensive and three-dimensional framework, stressing the guidance of all the staff, in all process and all-round education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of party spirit of college students, and puts forward that the cultivation of party spirit should be carried out effectively at three levels: all the staff, all process and all-round, so as to actively explore effective ways to improve the cultivation of party spirit of college students.
