摘要
食育是围绕饮食知识而开展的专门教育,食育具有重要的教育功能。增强中小学生体质、提升中小学生公共安全意识和自救互救能力,既是我国公共安全治理现代化建设的要求,也是健康中国战略的要求。目前我国中小学校食育实践还处在起步阶段、存在诸多困难,需要政府、学校、家庭、社会的共同参与。
Diet education, a program targeted on food knowledge, has important educational functions, because the improvement of teenagers’ health, of their awareness of public safety and their ability to perform self rescue and partner rescue is very necessary for both the modernization of the national public safety governance and the "Healthy China 2030" strategy. At present, diet education in primary and high schools is still in its early stage. The multiple problems emerging in this field require the joint efforts from the government, schools, families and the society.
