摘要
开放大学站在一个新的历史起点上,过去的教学管理模式已无法适应教学发展的客观要求,势必要求新的教学管理实践范式与之相适应。面临新的机遇和挑战,我们应该如何在教学管理中求创新?本文尝试在现实背景基础上,基于新发展理念,对开放大学教学管理实践范式进行探讨。
Standing at a new historical starting point,the past teaching management model of Open University has not been able to adapt to the objective requirements.Facing new opportunities and challenges,how should we innovate in teaching management?Based on realistic background and new development concept,this paper tries to discuss the practice paradigm of Open University teaching management.
