摘要
培训机构是推进在职人员职业技能继续教育的办学单位。强化培训机构职业技能培训过程管理,优化培训过程的各个环节,深化培训设计及有序运行,是有效控制职业技能培训质量的前行路向。为此,需要基于过程优化的实践传承与守正创新,严把过程关,才能使职业技能培训所培养的技工具有高素质,能在企业里"用得上",为企业所认可。
Training institutions are school-running units that promote the continuing education of in-service personnel’s vocational skills.There are three effective ways to control the quality of skill training:to strengthen the process management of skill training,to optimize every step of training process,and to deepen orderly running of training design.Therefore,it is necessary to practice inheritance and innovation based on process optimization.Only by controlling the process can we cultivate qualified skilled technicians recognized by the enterprise.
