Research and Exploration on Construction Mechanism of Journalism Practice Base in Higher Vocational Education

高职新闻专业实习基地的建设,是提升学生专业能力、增强学校专业实力的重要渠道。论文以宁波电大为例,分析目前宁波电大高职新闻专业实习基地建设的主要机制,有校外驻点、企业进驻等模式,为学院特色培养机制的建设提供有力保障。但现有机制在取得成绩的同时,还存在校企任务时间重合、实习流程管理不强、实习单位分布较远、师生间缺乏有效的沟通互动等问题。文章提出学校未来建设方向将会是建立校企双赢、与时俱进的实习基地,需要从源头入手,加强实习企业的质量筛选;从规章制度入手,健全实习生的管理机制;从保障机制入手,设立校内实习负责体系;从优化流程入手,完善校内外的联动机制。

The construction of an internship base for journalism majors in higher vocational education is an important way for enhancing students’professional abilities.Taking Ningbo Radio and TV University as an example,the thesis analyzes the main mechanisms,such as,off-campus mode and enterprise-entry mode and some problems,such as,overlapping of school and enterprise task time,poor management of internship process,distant distribution of internship units,and lack of effective communication and interaction between teachers and students in the construction of professional journalism practice base and proposes that it is necessary to start from the source and strengthen the quality screening of internship enterprises,to start with the rules and regulations and improve the management mechanism of interns,to start with the guarantee mechanism and set up an in-school internship responsibility system and start from optimizing the process and improve the linkage mechanism inside and outside the school.
