摘要
介绍了综合管廊建设的几种主要投资模式,在输配电价改革背景下,从电网企业的角度分析了几种投资模式的利弊,给出了电网企业参与综合管廊建设的推荐投资模式。同时分析了城市综合管廊使用费用的分摊模型,以包头新都市区纬十八路综合管廊为算例进行分析,得出几种分摊模式下综合管廊各单位使用费用的分摊比例。
This article describes several major investment models for the construction of urban utility tunnels.From the perspective of power grid enterprises,the advantages and disadvantages of various investment models under the background of transmission and distribution price reform are analyzed,and the recommended investment model for power grid enterprises in the construction of urban utility tunnels is given.Meanwhile,the apportionment model of the use cost of urban utility tunnels is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the calculation of urban utility tunnel of the 18 road in Xindu district of Baotou,the apportionment rates of the use cost of the urban utility tunnels under several allocation modes are obtained.
