摘要
为了准确分析和评估交联聚乙烯电缆的绝缘状况,开展局部放电带电检测绝缘诊断,基于交联聚乙烯电缆的局部放电机理和局部放电信号衰减特性,提出了交联聚乙烯电缆的局部放电三通道同步测试方法,通过对2 MHz、4 MHz、6 MHz频率下多簇局部放电信号的3PARD图谱进行逐一分析,初步实现了交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘缺陷的识别和诊断。该方法可有效发现电力电缆的早期故障征兆,避免因局部放电现象扩大而引发故障停运,进而减少负荷损失和电量损失。
In order to analyze and evaluate the insulation status of XLPE cable lines and carry out live detection and insulation diagnosis,based on the mechanism of partial discharge and the attenuation characteristics of partial discharge signal of XLPE cable,a three-channel synchronous test method for partial discharge of XLPE cable is proposed.The3 PARD atlas at 2/4/6 MHz central frequency is applied to identify and analyze the multi-cluster partial discharge signals of hidden dangerous cables one by one,and the insulation defects of XLPE cables are identified and diagnosed preliminarily.This method can effectively discover the early fault symptoms of power cables,avoid the outage caused by the expansion of partial discharge,and then reduce the load loss and power loss.
