摘要
针对目前输变电工程安全质量管理依靠人工检查评分、信息化程度较低等问题,开发了基于移动协同的输变电工程安全质量管理信息系统。该系统具备规范作业流程、巡检数据记录、数据分析、辅助决策和智能报表等功能,为施工现场安全质量过程管控提供信息化应用支撑。系统使用后,提高了输变电工程安全质量管理工作效率,成为安全质量检查管理有力的辅助工具。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and backward methods of safety and quality management in power transmission and transformation projects,a safty and quality management information system based on mobile cooperation has been developed.By providing standardized application support tools,operation procedure specification,inspection record,data analysis,assistant decision-making and experience feedback of safety and quality management,the application of the system will accelerate the process control for power company.The safety and quality inspection,supervision and management should be carried out to achieve the scientific and information management of safety and quality inspection.This system has been applied,which will help to improve the work efficiency of safety and quality management and provide technical support for engineering excellence.
