摘要
超声相控阵技术具有的多角度扫查、聚焦方式可变、直观的A扫和C扫以及扇扫成像形式等优势,基于该技术对GIS罐体、管母线、GIS直线导体、铝制线夹等输变电设备进行无损检测。检测结果表明,超声相控阵技术可以有效检出以上设备的缺陷,提高检测效率和缺陷检出率。
The ultrasonic phased array technology is used for nondestructive testing of power transmission and transformation equipments such as GIS tank,tubular buses,GIS linear conductor and aluminum wire clip,etc.,based on its advantages such as multi-angle scanning,variable focusing mode,intuitive A-scan and C-scan,and sector-scan imaging.The results show that the ultrasonic phased array technology can detect the defects of the above equipments effectively,and improve the detection efficiency and defect detection rate.
