Based on 1×200 MW coal-fired power plant extension unit EPC bidding project in the country of South American as a case,the bidder summarized the process of bidding scheme,technical clarification,and contract negotiation with Owner Engineer about related standard and criterion of design,equipment manufacturing,materials etc.to provide certain reference for foreign power plant turnkey project.
