总承包工程中设备催交工作的探讨

Discussion on Engineering Equipment Expediting Work in EPC Project

设备采购是工程总承包(engineering procurement construction,EPC)项目中非常重要的一环,催交工作是实现设备如期到达工程现场的必要手段,驻厂催交又是催交工作中成本最高、效果显著且级别最高的一种方式。文章以甘肃华电民乐县59 MW光伏发电工程为依托,结合光伏支架、110 kV电气设备两项设备的驻厂催交催运的实际工作,对EPC总承包工程中的催交催运工作进行介绍与总结。

Equipment procurement is a very important part in the EPC project. The expediting work is a necessary means to realize the timely arrival of the equipment at the project site, and the in-plant expediting work is a method with the highest cost, obvious effect and the highest level. In this paper, based on the 59 MW photovoltaic power generation project of Huadian MinLe in GanSu Province. combines with photovoltaic bracket, 110 kV electric equipment in the field of expediting the actual work,we will introduce and summary the expediting work in the general contracting project of EPC.
